Should I be doin to 5x5 exercises for back, like one for upper and one for lower? And Can somebody give me some suggestions for which ones to do.

Barbell rows, tbar rows (freeweight style, not the pad thing), and pullups are all good 5x5 exercises for back.

Depending on your goals you may add deadlifts to that list. But, IMO, I would not structure a bodybuilding routine around deadlifts. They are still worthwhile, but barbell rows, tbar rows, and pullups should be the core of a bbing back workout.

Deads should be the core if strength is your goal.

I always open with t-bar rows or bent over barbell rows (under or overhand) do that 5x5. couple other exersizes to hit the whole back, 6-8 sets depending on intensity. Then hit the deads. Back will be nice and warmed up. I tried this a couple years ago cause i always deadlifted first, it feels great to me, and doing my whole back first doesnt really seem to affect me strength wise.
if it's too much for you to do deads last (i dont think it will be) do goodmornings instead but im not to sure about a 5x5 for them. never tried it.

Deadlifts are your best bet for 5x5 on your back. Deadlisfts in addition to squats are your 2 best overall mass builders.
