Nice work.

Been concentrating on my shoulders a bit more this last phase - heavy dips and extensions (Westside). My elbows feel ready to pop - and I am talking about using half the weight you got there. Good Job!
 
Deep too. Nice job. A lot of bigger guys complain aobut shoulder pain w/ dips but you're getting nice depth w/ a boatload of weight. Do they ever bug your joints?

The xmas pants replace my torn old pink hypercolor t-shirt as this seasons must have gym accessory.. forget frosted tips and wristbands, red pants are what the ladies are looking for.

dips are supposed to be rough on the joints, but honestly I have no problem doing them for lots of volume with heavy weights

45lb DB extensions or lateral raises will cripple me, but deep dips don't do a thing.

I usually do 5x5 with a straight weight but every few months drop down to a max triple or single.. gonna try for 250+ next month (which will make a 500lb total including my fat ass), I'll post another vid then just for you mr Al :o
 
I'm disappointed. Every Tweakle vid should have douchebag spotters or 170-pound curl monkeys heckling him "I could do that too if I used 'roids"-style.

Craziness, and +1 to the rack being the limiting factor in Tweakle's quest for a 300-pound dip.
 
Nice dippin'.....and that's a tight looking 260lbs. Too bad that all the low rep work has only built ''fake'' mass though and if you do a set of 15 you'll deflate.
