Going to Start first Clen Cycle

Hey Guys I've lost quite a bit of fat over the last three months of training. My nutrition is what is gettin it gone, but, I can not for the life of me get rid of the lower abdomen body fat. I'm down to about 9%. I'm drinking about a gallon and a half of water a day. I have virtually no salt, and no sugar in my diet. I'm 6'2" and about 207lbs. I've been training hard for about 7yrs. as well. We are talking really hard! 5-6 days a week, about 2 hrs a work out. It is different virtually every day too. My question is What should a first timer to clen and T3 go about this? Sorry let me be more specific. What should it like like? How many days off how many days on? I've seen (on the clen) the two weeks on two weeks off, and that sounds, well, more sound! With the T3 what is the dosage protocol? How many days. MR.X says on your first one dont go over 50mcg or mg I cant remember. I'm cool with that. I'm not impatient and not in a rush but I do want to get it underway. My other big question is T4, Could I use that instead of T3? It's less potent I know, and again I would rather be on the safe side for my first time. If I can use it Whats the dosing protocol for the T4?

Thanks for everything guys! I really mean it. Sorry if this didn't make sense, I tried to make a decent attempt at a coherent thought process.

You say you are taking in virtualy no salt, but drinking loads of water. I think I read somewhere that you definitly need salt so that the water you drink gets better absorbed and used in your body. Clen is a bitch when your not efficiently using water, thus the cramps. I wouldn't go rediculously low on the sodium. People will also tell you to take potassium pills too while on clen.

Yeah I read that too, an Taurine as well. I guess what I meant by no sodium, is no sodium that isn't naturally occuring in my raw food. I don't add salt to anything, or eat really sodium filled foods or sauces. Sorry for the confusion. Here's the diet.

8:00am
7egg whites
1egg w/yolk
1/2 cup oats
1cup milk

11:00 am
12oz of ground turkey
mixed into greens and tomatos

11:30am
Protein whey isolate 27g

2:00pm
Low GI carb about 40-50g
Post workout shake 50g protein

5:00pm
Chicken Breast
Veggies
handfull of almonds

7-8pm Depending on schedule
Chicken Breast
1cup Cottage cheese

10-11pm Again Depending on Schedule
Protein 30g slow Caesin Protein

So that's it. Not exactly this everyday but pretty darn close. I know I eat late, but I have to. I have been waking up while asleep at night almost everytwo hours to eat since I was eight...so it kills me to go more than three hours without food. Please let me know what changes I can make. Also Currently I am taking about a Gallon and a half a day of water. I have a Redline Pre work out about 12:00pm. I also take about 2000mg of Vitamin C throughout the day, CLA, Super B Complex, Iron, Orange Triad, and A Omega Supplement, but nothing other than that. No N.O. Products no fat burners no AAS's, nothing.

I don't know if you guys got a chance to look at my diet, but if you have feel free to tweek or comment:)

after workouts you have your carbs and shake. 30-45 mins after that have a full meal.
Your workouts are too long. 2 hours! what do you do, seriously! detail your workouts as well as you have done with your diet.
Your answer may just be taking lipoflame to help with subborn fat. Leave clen out for now.
9% is pretty damn lean, and great job getting there.
what are your goals?

I don't rest but maybe 15-30 seconds inbetween everything. Plus I wear a vinyl Sweat Suit, and Sweatshirt during my whole workout. So I loose like a couple of pounds in water weight, and burn quite a few more calories. I guess I just work out this hard cause I recover too quickly. I know that sounds dumb, but i've lifted so hard that I cant function like drive home, or eat, but the next day I'm completely fine. I never ever get sore. I'll puke sometimes from lifting hard, but again I never get sore
