first off my close 6 months was not for juice!! second i dont think he has even said what it was for.

I mean come on man, You don't know what he did but you are so quick to judge. There are a lot of people in there that don't deserve it and the ones who do are still running around. I know someone who got the royal fucking from our system. The joke is not funny.

It's true that we don't what he did for sure, but the reason for that is because he didn't tell us in his post, leaving himself open to speculation. It's also true that some people are in jail who don't deserve it, but let's be honest, most of them do. I don't agree with some of the sentences that are handed out, but that is the law and there is little we can do about it except not break it. I'm not saint, but I understand that if I sell or use illegal drugs then I may have to pay the consequences.

If you are a sex offender they will hook you with an anklet that is basically like a GPS system. It is really expensive, so in most cases, the Department of Corrections assigns an officer to you and you have to give him/her a weekly schedule. You are allowed to got to work, school, grocery shopping, etc. In my case, my PO is pretty cool with me b/c she deals with a bunch of scumbags all day and it is obvious that I do not fit in with these people, so she treats me like a human being. She lets me toss the pigskin, run stairs, and go to the library...these are things that normally she does not let people do. House arrest in no joke. I have gone out partying a couple of times, but she has shown up at two in the morning before and also, she sometimes shows up to the house with a breathalizer. If you are >21, you cannot blow >.08, if you are <21 and blow even a .01, you are violated. I can't wait until January 16.

We all break the law here- a lot of the laws are bullshit- we all know that. I don't understand why some people are defending the law system in general. If you have enough money you can get reduced sentences or completely off for a lot of offenses. The system sucks.

But obviously if someones a rapist or murder or does anything with little kids they should be locked up for life IMO.

good post, I think that anyone who DEALS in drugs like H, ecstacy, coke, etc should be locked up. Look at AAS, they are drugs that people use for self-betterment, to get high, but it is a natural high off of the physique or cuts that you are gaining.

AAS don't deliver you from reality and they certainly don't cause any harm to those besides yourself(unless one goes on a halo rage).

yeah, that is what this one dude had. they could track him and he had to meet the officer once a week, and give his work etc schedule. i knew it was drugs or something to do with an underage girl. he never wanted to talk about it....but i bet since he was on the exact program you talked about.....be probably got in trouble with a younger girl. he always told me to stay away from underage girls, yet never told me what reason he was on this deal for.
