emigmaxxx- go fuck your self bro. You obviously don't know the drug laws. It's called a conspiracy. Almost all federal drug charges are made out to on a conspiracy charge, very hard to beat, it just means you knew what was going on and could have had the littleist involvement in it and they will connect you to the main drug sale even if it wasn't you selling shit.. In Ny state we have the rockafellar drug laws at the state level which in most cases equal the penalties for murder. If you sell an undercover 2 ounces of cocaine you get the same sentance for MURDER and more of a sentance than you would for raping someone. Its a mandatory 15 years in jail for selling 2 ounces of cocaine or get caught with 4 ounces or more in your possesion.
What sucks about this ectacy thing is the media is controlling the penalties. Since the MEDIA says its bad then the goverment reacts and fucks some people real bad that desearve a second chance. And don't let it fool you you don't have to sell thousands of pills to end up in prison for over 10 years. If the media wanted to they could increase the penaltys for juice significantly if we don't watch our asses. You think steroids and other rec. drugs aren't connected, open your eyes, cause thats the way the public views it. I don't think so but by talking to others who don't use juice they think its the same thing.
What i'm just trying to rally say is you can get fucked over royally for what we think is a minimal offense..Trust me I know all too well.....

Just to let you guys know this past may or march they changed the penaltys for x. One pill use to be like getting caught with 33 gram of pot. Now under the new law which is the norm for every state 1 pill is equal to 500 grams, a little over 1 pound of pot. 1 pill = to a pound of pot doesn't sound right to me. i just don't understand our system.

my friend was sentenced to 3 years for robbery (and other shit) and he served like 6 months in jail, then was transfered to some knd of camp type place where it wasnt even that bad.. he served about 1 and a half years total and is out on parole now

Whatever dude, did you even read my second post? 1Mistake still never made a second post to tell us why he is going to jail. All we know is the little that Frackal tells us. I know the system is fucked up and some people go to jail for seemingly nothing while rapists and murderers are running the street.

does not mean that I WANT that to happen to him. But come on, be real, you have to know what happens in jail. As I stated before, if it is for some useless drug charge, then let it be a warning to him to watch his back.

And thanks for the negative karma Mad Max. It is the only one (so far) that I received on this thread. I have received a lot more positive karma from this thread. Most people are giving green karma and not posting here because they fear some negative backlash from some members. But so far according to karma, it seems like more people agree with me that if you break the law, you go to jail. And when you go to jail, look out, shit happens.
