Going pro... Need some advice.

Hi,

I'm recently discovered this forum and after noticing it have great minds and information - I decided to join.

I decided to take bodybuilding one step ahead, I'm training for about 6 years and had 3 cycles before this one... I never seemed to get the result I wanted, I was bigger, leaner, but never really there...

First thing first - my stats...
I'm 27 YO, 6'0" and 178.5 lbs, bf around 15% will get a proper measurement soon...)

My shoulders are quite wide, my back looks great, arms grow in a second and stay lean, top abs looks good. but... I always had a problem with lower abs, waistline and thighs and gluts... I have lots of fat in this area and even when i'm super lean, my legs stay fatty (I also grow really fast if i train my legs with high weight...).

Diet:
I'm doing ultimate diet 2.0 (1200 cals per day, and 36 hours a week of carb ups...) Seeing fair results, lost a lot of fat, and growing rapidly even not on gear.

I started a new cycle a week ago:
8 Weeks, 4cc/week of each - Sust/Mast/Bold/Tren rapid (******* - usually i got s***** but couldn't get them anymore...) also 120-140 clen for 2 weeks on/off (added LIPO 6 for the 2 weeks off for the yohimbe)

So my question is - if the main issue for me is to get shredded, especially in the stubborn areas, should I add/change something with my cycle/diet ?

I will start to add cardio 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes...

I also want to get a harder, sharper more defined physique - any tips for this one?

tnx to all of you!

1200 calories a day AND YOUR GROWING? I have a real hard time believing that, especially if not on gear

What are you going pro in? if ya dont mind me asking.....

with your stats you won't win anything and would get laughed off stage, and I'm not trying to be a smart ass just telling you based on the competitions i have been to. seems like you need an across the board improvement in all areas.

lets start with your workouts first. what are you doing there? then lets talk about your diet. you are carb starving your body however with no base you will only muscle waste at this point.. 15% body fat is too high, no one walks on stage more than 9% unless they are in the 60+ age group. and your weight to height is too small. so you need to put on bulk + lose body fat. no easy proposition

the way i look in my avatar even I would get laughed off stage if i were to compete even in the novice category of a NPC regional. the last thing you want is to get up there and get the silent treatment from the crowd while the guy before you was getting huge applause. i've seen guys stop their routine halfway and just quit cause the crowd gave them zero love

I agree with everyone you don't have enough Calories to do anything, I suggest you re evaluate everything.

6'0 , 178lbs and 15% BF.

I'd say those stats would fit most normal weight 26yr olds who don't lift weights at all and definitely not a guy with 3 cycles under his belt saying he wants to go pro! You need to get yourself together, get a proper diet and a good training plan, get off gear and train natty for a few years to get somewhere.

I am not even close to becoming a pro yet and I have been training consistently for 10+ years now. I got to 190lbs competition weight without using any drugs at all. After that I decided to start slowly incorporating AAS into my routine. I did 2 cycles that year, both were plain and simple 500mgs of testosterone per week, and I shot up to 220lbs that year while ending up leaner than before I started the cycles. Just thought that might tell you something and maybe it would be wise to reconsider your strategy because I have a feeling that this is going to be one helluva sad story for you

I wasnt even sure the guy meant Pro BB'er. With his stats I kinda assumed he just wanted to compete but was thinking of going pro in water polo or something non related. Maybe he wants to be a physique competitor?

But as everyone stated. You dont need gear. You need lots of food and hard work for a few more years. Than if your still lifting and doing everything else right, it MAY be time for you to join the dark side. til than...stay safe and dont be an idiot and mess up your body

i thought physique too but at 15% body fat there is no way he would stand a chance. no 8 pack and no chance

agree. He should be starting to diet down from around 15%. lol

Im not a fan of the physique guys, but the ones I have seen that actually do well, are F-in shredded!!! single digits for sure

Bro... I hope this is not pro BB.. Cause your stats are laughable. Im 5'10", 173 lbs., and 7% bf and much younger than you and im not near competing..... You need to revise like everything.

might i suggest powerlifting as a start :) will certainly make you stronger and hunger. It'll be a good place to build some mass and you can always diet down later.

I think that point might be debatable! turning pro is a very subjective and political thing (or seems to be from what I've seen) There are tons of great looking amateurs(yourself) and some very unsightly pros. A lot of it seems to be right place right time, right show, right judge kind of factors.

wait a minute there...

Saying "pro" - i meant - making my diet/cycle professional.... I did not think even for a second to compete - it's really not something i'm interested in.

All I want is a way to improve everything to a professional plan that will help me get the best results.
I just want to look better not to be huge and compete.

People need to read what i wrote and what are my goals before judging... i wrote exactly what I want to achieve - lower body fat, loose lower body fat.

About 1200 cals and growing - As i said i'm not insanely growing, but I am growing... not looking into being huge.

I am carb sensitive - so when on even little carbs I gain fat real quick.

So, again, I want to get below 10% BF, loose my stubborn fat - and in order to do so I need your help improving my cycle (if It's not fitting my goals...) and diet if it's also not fitting anything.

^^^^ if you just want to lose body fat then steroids won't do anything for you. lots of cardio and a very strict diet will do it.

but then you will be 6 feet and 150 pounds.. i think everyone is just trying to give you some perspective. the cycles you have run haven't done anything for you so its obvious your problem isn't what cycle to run its what cardio to do and what diet to go with.

so again, i ask you to post up your workouts and your diet and lets see what we can work on.

when you post "going pro" people are gonna think it means you want to compete, its an easy mis-understanding so don't be offended by it.

i still don't get why someone who is your height and weight would want to get even skinnier. maybe post up a pic cause I am truely lost here.. either you have very little or no muscle on your frame and you just have fat, or you are just being hard on yourself. i have a buddy who is your height and weighs 12 pounds more than you and he is still a carrot so a pic would definately help everyone see where you are coming from

Agreed. I am competing masters physique and can tell you if you aren't sub 10 dont bother. Hate for you to get blown off stage by a 40 yr old. Lmao!

Dude at no point do you ever have to have your calories that low :/ find your maintenance, drop it 500 cals, sheesh starving yourself isn't the answer and if you've done similar with your other 3 cycles you've wasted them, eat like a king while on and a fair while after bro!

^^^^ this right here.

When I started at age 21 I was 6'0" 170. I was a fucking twig. I was an asshole and did a cycle cause i didnt know any better (this was way before EF) and I ended up doing a major recomp. Not on purpose, just because i wasnt eating enough. Yes I looked WAY better. But it was a waste of geat and I was still skinny.
6'0" and 178 is skinny no matter how you slice it. Cut down to single digit BF% and you'll look like Ally Mcbeal.

No such thing as a professional diet. Its whatever works for you for whatever goals you have
