Going on holiday and need some help

im currently on a sust 250 mg e4d cycle and im off on holiday to turkey tomorrow for a week.
what can i do?? as my next shot is today, is the only thing i can do is take 500mg today and have to wait a week or is it safe to take a vial out with me. (im thinking this could be pretty dumb as i dont know the steroid laws in turkey)
any help would be greatly apreciated.

bro, you're going to Turkey? dude you dont have to take anything...i'm pretty sure in Turkey there is more than enough gear to go around!!!!!!!!
hit up a local pharmacy.
