they wont care about if the pills are what the bottle say's they are. now if you had a bag of grass in there yea they would catch on. but pills in a tylenol bottle, no you'll be just fine.

Domestic flight = no one cares what pills you bring on the plane. If it makes you feel better put them in an advil bottle and cover it with advil and cotton.
