A while ago I made a thread asking about what supplement I can take to just help me add the most amount of mass for my last 6 weeks or so of bulking. Pretty much everyone said at my age (14) I should just stick to protein powders and multivitamins, which is what I have been doing since I started lifting properly with advice from EF which was back in september. Since then Iv added around 27lbs. Now, end of march I wana cut for the summer Im around 18-20% bf and so obviously I am a little... curvy. I want to loose this, I dont wana be shredded just without the extra gut.

Now I was looking into natural fat burners, ie ones that you get from food anyway and the best ones seemed to be:
(not in any order)
CLA
DHA
Magnesiu or ZMA
Vitamin D
Probiotics
Green Tea Extract
Caffeine pre workout
Citrus aurantium
7-Keto
yerba mate
guarana

Thats alot, I would never stack them all in one and take all that shit, besides, I would never afford it.

My parents buy say they will buy me whatever food I want but if I want supplements then I have to pay myself. They only buy me multivitamins, to an average person multivitamins are more normal than fat burners I guess, lol.

I was wondering how I would be with some of those? Iv taken probiotics before and not seen any effect, ZMA is expensive and money is a issue. I already have a small amount of caffeine pre workout, take green tea extarct and take drink green tea.

My green tea is 315mg with 15% polyphenols, not very high I know but to I usually take 3-4 of these a day as the reccomended dose for fat burning is 1,000-1,500. 3 tablets = 945mg, 4 tablets = 1260mg. I also read that you need around 240 to 300 mg of polyphenols, taking 945mg would = around 140mg polyphenols, 4 tablets would be 190mg polyphenols. Added to 1-2 cups of green tea a day would this be ok?

I guess my main question is should I just stick to what Im taking now along the lines of fat burning, buy some green tea extract that contains more polyphenols and just take that or could I get maybe 1 more of that list to take?

Oh and I forgot to mension, my fish oil I take is 1000mg and has 12% DHA, and my cod liver oil I take is 550mg and has 59mg DHA. I take 1 fish oil tablet in the morning and 1 before bed, I only started taking cod liver oil yesterday and I just had 1 with breakfast.

Would green tea, fish oil and cod liver oil together with my cleaned up diet and cardio be enough to quikcly burn enough fat starting in April for the summer? Or could I add another one in... maybe COLEUS FORSKOHLII or 7-keto.<<<That is what I want to know.

A clean diet by itself is all you need bro. If you aren't looking to be just totally ripped, then pass on all that other stuff.

Like we told you in your other thread, you don't need nor should you be using anything besides protein powder and vitamins at 14 yrs.

If you want to lose some fat, no more sugar, do more cardio, and eat less carbs. At your age, you will lose weight with a clean diet and an active lifestyle.

Hell, I remember back in high school my diet was totally shitty, but I played baseball and did so much conditioning as a pitcher my BF stayed at 8-10% year round. My metabolism was faster than yours, but if you have a clean diet, something I lacked at your age, you could achieve the same results.

Trust me bro, anyone here would kill to be able to be 14 o 15 again as far as being able to stay in shape so easily. Wait til you are 30+. Then the hard way becomes the really hard way. Enjoy it while you can.
 
You don't need all that crap bro. BIG BLAST and DX7 from Protein Factory will do the trick. (Still too young for UNLEASHED though. Wait a while). You're off to a good start. Keep it going. You won't regret it.

on that note (did you say you're only 14?) I started to read all the supplements you are currently taking but I got tired after 5 minutes. okay, maybe not that long but man, you DO NOT need all that stuff. I didnt read all the other posts, but im sure someone else has brought up your age - and for good reason. if you start steroids now - you are going to pay for it in the long run. potential stunted growth and a whole list of others. at your age your matabolism is so fast you do not need all that shit you listed.
eat clean, lots of protein.
you have the rest of your life to waste your money on all that stuff.
 
I just read that you are not taking all that stuff, but my point stays the same, you do not need it.

I must admit though, your passion is great - thats what is going to take you places in this sport
