going a little overboard?

My sister flew up from Florida last weekend to go to a wedding of one of her old friends and stayed at my place. While she was at my place, my parents called me up and told me my sisters boyfriend flew up to their place in Cleveland (without her knowing) and asked my dad and mom if he could marry my sister. They said yes blah blah blah... So my sisters boyfriend calls me up and tells me he has bought my father, mother and myself plane tickets to go down to Florida on X-mas as a suprise and watch him propose to my sister on the beach. The whole time my sister has no idea about this.

Talk about being thoughtful, but the whole proposal idea really isn't that big of a deal to me, maybe in some other families?

i proposed over pizza and beer at our favorite neighborhood bar (in pittsburgh) on a friday night after work. . .she was totally surprised. . .if i had taken her up to mt. washington or something, she would have known something was up. . .

I don't think it's overboard...I mean, I'd rather a private proposal to one with witnesses, but the thought he's putting into it is pretty romantic. That's a memory they'll have for a long time.

I proposed after coming home drunk from a club (without my partner being there) - and I mean drunk that my words were not right...

So I come in, she is sitting on the sofa, I go str8 to the bed as I'm about to pass out and shout marry me, i love you so much. Then she asked me 30 questions and when I didn't answer any of them, she came to the bedroom and she saw me passed out on the bed :(

I'm kinda still not engaged :(

do you think she's gonna say yes? if not - have the cell phone camera ready.

also, pics of sister.
