goddamn tree man/fence man

Came home today to my house and my fucking tree in thr front yard was trimmend. I told the neigbor not to touch the damn thing. He had his tree guys trim my oak, He trimmed it too much. Left the shit in my yard and now gives me a bill for $400. I am going to refuse to pay. The fucking people were trewpassing when they cut my tree. enough of that.

The fence guy put up my fence for the backyard and did a shit job. It has three different levels, I reguested it even. it is missing post in several sections ( 16 feet of fence with only two posts).And the motherfucker shakes and moves.

Sorry ass laborers. Or contractors. Hate to be a dick, but all must be right for ther fence guy to get paid. The tree guy is out of luck. I think this might go to blows. Arborist can be dickheads at times.

I know that you are responsible for the tree but I don't think someone could trim it and give you the bill. Sticky situation. Doesn't make for a friendly neighborly chat.

Make the fenceman do the job right and make sure he doesn't tack on additional charges for redoing it. It's hard to find reputable companies nowadays that do what they say will do.

yeah man, even if he took it to small claims, no court is going to make you pay that shit.
You could probably turnit around on him. Trees are expensive if you get them full grown, especially oak, they grow slow. you could threaten to take him to small claims. Dont know how succsesful youd be with that, but your more likely to get money from him, then he is to get it from you.

Was the tree growing over the property line? If so, I think the neighbor can trim that part.....but to butcher it is just wrong......
