Or maybe I'm just becoming too inflexible. Either way, injecting the glutes a real bitch to do these days.

Ya sounds like you hit some scar tissue.. Kinda wierd on the nerve though,, I've never hit a nerve on glutes but always on quads and I fucking hate it when it happens.. I injectb so slowly now because of that.

ha! i inject quads and you're right, hitting a nerve is no fun! my first pinning went right in, now, when i injected, that's when my leg twitched and hurt like hell! might of been the virgin muscle tho ??
