Tonio i happen to believe Glutamine is a bit useless while bulking. If you are truely bulking there is no room for the creatine. You should wake up eating and go to sleep eating, and in between eat every 2.5 or 3 hours. So in essence there's no room for glutamine. Instead of glutamine drink more protein shakes if bulking.
Now while cutting and you're calorie deficient i'd add some glutamine and maybe some BCAA's to spare muscle. Take some glutamine before workouts, before bed, and in between meals if you can to help preserve muscles.
Big difference between bulking and cutting, and i don't recommend anyone try packing on muscle and trying to cut at the same time. One requires excess calories the other requires deficiency in calories.
