Consensus is that it may be junk and that it breaks down before your body can get any use out of it. Consensus is that glutamine peptides (Gplenish) is the real deal.

Regardless, I do about 10g with each protien shake, so thats 40g a day.

Where do you buy it??? I'm seeing places that sell it for $30 for 1000gms so that will last 25 days.
 
I got some Gultimane L... it was a deal that came with some protein i bought from a store.

Now I really only workout each muscle group once a week.
Mon, Tues. Wed Off. Thurs, Friday. Sat and sunday off. (or cardio)


Do I really need to take This stuff?
