Really?! That sounds like a lot...but I'm no expert. I usually take between 10 and 15 grams a day and split it up if I can. This has been the general suggestion of most people I know who use it. At 50-120 grams a day, using this supp would get pretty fuckin expensive. I wonder if it actually is more effective at such a high dose. Do you have the article to post up or mabye a link?
