Glutamine suggestions

like anything you research all are the best and claim all others are shyt.... anyone suggest a good glutamine brand or do they all do a good job... i'm in australia if that makes any difference.

Forcd, I'm in Australia, i've just been getting the ones that appear good value for money as i'm using large daily dosages (20g) and there isn't apparently much difference. Just search for some glut and u willl find decent online deals

I use Glutamine Peptides from TrueProtein.com if you want to check that out. I think the Peptides absorb better.

any pure form of glutamine would do... i take spoonful pre work out and spoon full post workout with my shake

Glutamine does help with some GI issues but you may benefit more from a Complete BCAA formula or Bulk Leucine in terms of muscle building.

i agree .. also good to take as intra workouts
