Yeah I can stand on a platform and reach like a foot past my toes lol, but I just can't do btn military. I can't reach behind my back and touch the opposite arm:( I like your stratehy of switching it up, I am doing split jerk and loving it, plus I do db military seated.

Yea i posted my routine on my log that ill be starting monday. Im doin pretty good strength wise for losing 15 lbs lol. I saw ur vid jus arch ur back more. im also gonna start doing standing unilateral db military, and 1 arm db snatches, and bb snatches

Dude try 1 armed barbell snatches they are thr fucking shit lol! But yeah I saw your snatch video and your form was nice! You were definitely doing more powersnatches though, but I like them better anyway. Fuck my form sucks on snatches:(
 
dude my first one was slow motion compared to the others lol. whats the difference between power snatch and bb snatch?

oh its like the difference between power clean and clean. In a full snatch you do a full squat while you catc the bar, then yuo overhead squat it up. In a powersnatch you just do a quarter squat or so and catch it. Unless you are an olympic athelete the power snatch is better I think, easier to learn.
 
oh gotcha. I actually have more explosion with my hang cleans, but can do more weight with power cleans. Id rather do hang cleans any day

If you ever get a chance could you video you hang cleans because I really want to do them but my catch sucks on the cleans. Ie I literally just can't catch it over 165 lol!

pullups: 55x3 (if you count the third rep)

I decided not to do the squats right now because I stalled on them and I am going for pure strength, 5x3 and 5x4 double progression, adding 10 pounds every 2 weeks. I knew the soreness would kill my running for a week too, can't have that.

Gladiator
Bench: 185x29
Squat: 225x27
Deadlift: 315x21
Military press: 135x14
1 handed deadlift: no video, 205?
Pullups: 70x2

That was a lot of fun, I want to do more challenges now. Maybe a push/pull thing?

lol i just want it to be "as competitive" as possible if we do it. If you think i'll smoke you in chins we don't have to do it.

I think dips/squats/deads would be the closest if you wanna do 3.. i'd also have no problem with floor -> overhead with something like 95 lbs

well either way its gonna be hard for me to get the exact same poundage as you because Im in kilograms but I can get within 1lb and sometimes I will be bang on.

Will be interesting with dips since Im not going them anymore with my new routine! Im happy to do chins it will be a fun challenge but I will get battered lol

Yeah comeone jdid it doesn't matter if you get beat I knew from the start that I would get beaten by glad but it was still realyl fun. Does anyone have an idea for another challenge like the 6000 pound one that everyone can do?

I said this is it seems like you kept saying " Oh lets not do bench em you are too far ahead on that" etc. But I can understand you wanting to be as competitive as possible. Come on though I want to see your videos! BTW, I think you would be devastated if you lost to em and would probably stop lifting:)
