I decided not to do the squats right now because I stalled on them and I am going for pure strength, 5x3 and 5x4 double progression, adding 10 pounds every 2 weeks. I knew the soreness would kill my running for a week too, can't have that.

That was a lot of fun, I want to do more challenges now. Maybe a push/pull thing?

well either way its gonna be hard for me to get the exact same poundage as you because Im in kilograms but I can get within 1lb and sometimes I will be bang on.
Will be interesting with dips since Im not going them anymore with my new routine! Im happy to do chins it will be a fun challenge but I will get battered lol
