give me your best routine

I am 17 years old, haven't lifted in 2 months due to school/ stress...Feeling more out of shape than ever, trained since 8 grade somewhat consistently, started eating and training well about a year and a half ago. I havent been eating well lately because for some reason i find it impossible to eat well if im not working out. I guess its like an obsessive all or nothing philosophy. When i lift hard for an hour and a half ill eat pure healthy foods and when i sit on my ass i make it even worse by eating jumk food. I'm going back to the jym on monday. Right now I'm about 5'8 and 180 lbs. I squat around 250 (this is the lift i have most trouble with), i deadlift around 350lbs and i bench 245 ( i do not know exact numbers because i havent been in the jym in 2 months). My current goal is to get as massive as possibly and then go for a cutting phase. Anyone out there with a good routine for bulking up or for cutting give it to me (also tell me any good drugs/supplements for either phase, and tell me how long you would do the routine for, basically if you give me a routine say "folow this for 3 months and cut for 5 weeks) I know enough about dieting to know what to eat. Anyway this is your chance to show off your best long term bulking/cutting routine along with what drugs and supplements you use! Post away!
 
I'd suggest trying Needsize's 5x5 routine. He's a competitive bodybuilder and I think he's about 250 lbs right now. That's an awesome routine for hypertrophy. I could show you mine, but my goals are a little different. I train mostly for strength gain. Check out the 5x5, you'll love it.
