give me a big bench routine

Im not really a powerlifter but i need to increase my bench and squat as much as possible in an eight week program. I really dont know what the hell im doing so any help would be appreciated.
 
need a big bench

20yrs old 5'10 210#

bench-360 or 310 for a 5rep
squat-505 paralell
deadlift-455

I have only competed once in my life - a push-pull. Im a college track and field athlete through the winter and spring months so Im coming of a light maintainance routine. I plan on competing at the end of the summer or possibly in the fall so I guess Im not restricted to the eight weeks. Also, should I wear a shirt while training. Very much appreciated.
