Girlfriend said I didn´t post enough information.

height: 5´5
weight: 130? (scales at our gym are pretty inaccurate)
years training: 3 (about 3 months of which had a cardio component)
supplements: protein shakes (not anymore) glutamine (not anymore) multi vitamin

nothing more.
 
Her hard work shows! Time is DEFINITELY on her side as she will undoubtedly ONLY improve...

A fine example of a wonderful physique... keep pumping that iron!

Agreed. It´s started as a small growth and has really gotten out of hand.
 
I think she has a good overall statue/structure to even become competitive fitness babe or female bb (no doubt it will cost serious blood/sweat/tears and chemicals), or just maintain the body she has now.

As far as me concerned I would be perfectly happy if my girl just maintained a shape like that, but if she has higher aspirations I certainly think thay could be achieved.....

But is this the person who you posted about in the other thread where you said she's got as far as any natural female could? Because I'm natural, (and vegetarian) and have been training for less time than she has, and, well it's hard to tell in a pic, but I reckon I'm more muscular. She could certainly go a lot further naturally. Maybe she should start taking the protein supplements and glutamine again, and maybe some creatine, BCAA's, and lots of vitamin C and E.
