I was doing a strength routine (posted 2 months ago) for the last two months. Bench, dead went up about 60 lbs !! (yes with AAS) But shape was deterioratng a little. So back today to high volume. 2-day split, 2 on 1 off, etc. Today was chest, back, legs. Done with all the heavy stuff, I was doing curls and leg presses, was in the middle of 2 set of both when the room went black, head spun, up came dinner on my walkman, cellphone. Got up, ran to an open window and ejected twice more out the window. Then fell on the floor a slept like 2 minutes. Woke up to the manager leaning over me. "I'm cool, dude." Went home.
Lol I have gotten sick on legs, got to the toilet or whatever, this was a whole new experience. Just wanted to brag, I felt pretty pleased with myself.
