i would do the lipo!! why go through an agressive diet cutting cycle when you could be doing other things...life's too short

This is what you need. Liquid Phosphatidylcholine 50mg/ml, 10ml presentation from www.researchchemist.com It ONLY costs $15.00 for this 10ml bottle. Then you take a sharpie marker and make 6 dots on each love handle. Then you load up 12 30ga insulin needles with 2 IU of phosphatidylcholine each. Then plunge them into each dot you drew on your love handles and squirt the stuff in. Do this once every 7 full days for 3 times, 21 days total. BELIEVE ME, this stuff works, I am on my 4th week and it definitly works. Go to the site listed above and you will see pictures of a test subject with a tape measure around his waist. IT WORKS!! I swear by it. No need for special diets or extensive cardio, provided your not obese..
