lipostabil does work somewhat. Only if it has deoxycholate (a detergent), it works via indiscriminate cell lysis (so it will lyse both fat and muscle cells). its nothing spectacular and its quite unpleassant, though some people rave about it (though usually, but not always, they are selling it).
if its just phosphatidylcholine, it will do little or nothing. (research says nothing, but...)
Love handles ,no matter how lean you are thats the last remaining fat to go they are a bitch to get rid of , cardio, YES & Thermoresin should help alot.
Try not to get them again.just stick with the program and alot of dumbell side raises. It will come.
Tren is NOT the potent fat-burner it's made out to be. I have run 2 cycles of tren, both high doses (75 and 100 mgs e.d.) and the most I can say about it is it kept me from putting on a little fat during cycles. The fat on my body did not magically disappear like a lot of people say.
Diet, cardio and a thermogenic. Or if worse comes to worse, some T3.
I have the same problem.. It's just where our fat is stored, and it drives ME crazy!! It's one of the FEW things that REALLY show, and it just happens to be the hardest to get rid of.
if you keep dieting and doing cardio you will eventually get rid of them . Just make sure you keep using YES which targets the area SPECIFICALLY like no other supplement .
It might take a lot of time and it might be the last fat to go but if you keep on the diet /cardio / yes , you WILL LOSE THEM . PERIOD.
I think its all mental with you bro. You have a 32 inch waist and your worried about love handles?? How big can they be?? I bet not very. Try developing your abs more to take the emphasis off of your love handles. Top BB's have little love handles and they are the best on the planet. Good job on the drastic waist reduction but i feel your midsection is fine, its just all mental with you because you are probably your own biggest critic when it comes to judging your own appearance.
