Getting rid of love handels

Yes, love handles suck the big one.


I've heard GH does wonders. I'm not reccomending it over a clean and meticulous diet, just a thought.

Were you ever heavy? I used to tip the scales at 294lbs and now have some extra skin in the mid-section. Nothing bad but it's something that I notice. Nothing can fix it except surgery.

Love handles are known to be one, if not the last thing to go on a mans body when lowering body fat.

My father actually went and got lipo on them when he was younger b/c he couldnt get rid of them at 6% BF. And it was dangerouse for a non pro to go below that.
