getting propanoate & ethanate need help with stacking them

well i just signed up here and i thought maybe i can get some help on stacking these 2. Anyways i'm just looking to see how much cc a week i should do a week.I haven't been in the gym for 2yrs and was on andropen275 which is my fav.but cant seem to find anywhere so im stuck with this stuff. thanks for the help and also can get ahold of me at [email protected]

ummm... 145lbs? and thats after youve already done one cycle? bro, you need to get your diet in check, at that weight you can make gains equal to aas by just eating right. go to that forum and post up, lotsa good bros over there willing to help
 
thank you ... i havent been in the gym for 2yrs and gained 25lbs off andropen stayed on for 6months e-z really e-z then meet new girl got lazy ect.....lol but not really cuz i hate looking at myself now at 145...bitch dont feed me lolololol like the other "x" did lol but im getting back on it and a 4-5k cal. diet ......i just need to know how to work with these cause i like to over do it sometimes .... i was taking 800cc on andropen a week 25lbs in 1&half months working out twice a day

not being funny mate but if you have to be shown how to use steroids...u arent ready to use steroids.....read and research...all the info you need is right here.
 
Welcome to elite,My Friend, you need 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight, I have 6 Meals Per Day, and training 2 X a day is not needed at your level of experience.


Pm me if you wish and i will be happy to set you up with a program, but right now you need guidance more than you need steroids!

I'm a big dog. 0 CCs. Start listening to people (like radar) who are being polite and trying to help you. You aren't going to get any advive on gear from anyone worth a shit on this site

A) because you are not ready for steroids at 145lbs! Even if you are 5'6".
B) because of the type of attitude that you just showed in the above quote.

Eat! Train! Repeat! Seriously...in a few years MAYBE in a year of serious training. Right now, you haven't even been in the gym in 2 years! You don't just go taking steroids. Feel free to ask questions about training and diet, but don't expect to get steroid advice yet.

Bro you need to train natty and eat a lot better before you need aas. Please please let us help you... We have a great board here with lots of info.. You need to learn about diet and training,how to use,what to use for sides like ai's,pct so you can keep all your gains and a bunch more. So you got a lot of learning to do and nothing but time man... Lets us help you and do not be so jumping to stick the needle in your arm...

You're not eating enough,you have not trained long enough and believe me you will thank the hell out of us if you take our advice.
 
i just want to make sure im going to cycle these right. i dont want to take to much or to less cause i dont have money to blow. i really appreciate the honesty but like all of us in this world were all hard headed and going to stick to what we want. im just asking for help on a cycle that easy fellas

And i was in my Thirties before i touched the stuff, You gotta build a solid foundation before you can start laying bricks(Gear)

I know from your post that you are hard headed, but believe me do some research on nutrition
