Getting porked by the cable company

I pay $165.00 monthly for cable, broadband, and phone.

How do I end this madness? Anyone have any tips on negotiating with the cable company?

I ditched comcast cable at my house for Directv and they wanted to charge me $70 per month JUST for cable broadband.

lol, it's a rip off! The cable companies around here have a monopoly set up. There's no options for the consumers for selecting carriers.

$107 for cable internet (20mb/s) and digital cable tv including HBO/movie Networks. Not a bad deal considering what I get. Another $90/month for my cellphone but everything is included and unlimited.

90$ a month for high speed and digital cable with movies (Manny I think we both have Videotron)
My cell is $30 a month all free incoming calls, free nights and weekends, unlimited txt, voice and call display.
I guess prices in Canada are way cheaper?!?

I have comcast as well. I just had to call them to setup an appt. at the new place I'm moving into next week. I called the corporate number first, got their prices, then called the local comcast sales rep guy (who also does the installs)...the local guys prices/deals were much better and he does free install (saves like $150).

After the deals run out I just cancel the digital cable and go back to basic.

Mine is 35 a month and I have unlimited everything.. internet, texts, minutes, etc... I even have the broadband internet on my phone
