Getting old....tell signs...

I am 22, and a few months ago, for the first time in my life, i experienced tense back muscles that hurt quite a bit, when i tried to move awkwardly as usual.

Other than that i am good. I feel like i am very very very old though. Like centuries old. I have lived in so many different places, in so many continents that every phase of my life seems like a lifetime. And at 22, i look at some guys who are 44 etc, around twice my age and i am in awe. Because that i such a long time. I don't know what i would do if i live to be twice the age i already am. I have lived so much already. I met some 60 year old that say they stayed at their jobs for 30 years, 35 years etc. Hell i can't hold a job for more than a year, even if i were having a fantastic time! I dunno.

And then some people are in thier 80s. That is just creepy right there. They should be dieing for death.

HRT bro

Hormone Replacement Therapy...........

also do higher rep workouts for a while since they only challenge soft tissue which has high blood flow and fast healing abilities

It has been said before, but at 42 I am now changing my workouts from high weight low rep to low weight high rep. I can still keep a lot of the muscle volume but I do not feel as strong as I was 5 years ago when I was lifting for strength. As long as I don't push a lot of heavy weight the joints are still good. 5 years ago when lifting heavy, my joints hurt a lot more when I weighed 270 than they do now that I weigh 230. Still want to make it to 210 but my diet needs to change some more. My knees are good, can still run as well as I did when I was younger. No aches there. I feel pretty good in the gym because I am about as built as the young guys and don't complain half as much as they do.

I am in the same boat....try to ease up on the weight bar a bit. I am not 22 anymore and dont wanna get injured due to egotistical approach ...
