Getting my gains

I'm currently in my first well planned out cycle of:
1-4 Dianabol 25mgs
1-10 Test E
I'm almost through my fifth week, so I've already stopped with the D-bol. I'm 5' 10 1/2" started at 212 lbs. and I'm up to 230 lbs right now. This has got me pumped! I'm around 20% bf though, so I will have to cut when I'm done with this cycle. I can't believe how fast the strength went up. I hope I can keep gaining for the next 4 1/2 weeks! I couldn't be any happier with this cycle so far!

Very true. I'm guessing on my bf%. I'm not some giant fat blob, but I don't have a very visible 6 pack either. I've been scared to diet because I still want to grow while on. I have been eating quality high protein foods, and I'm not giving into sweets or high carb items. I've just been eating a shit load of chicken, tuna, protein powder, and eggs.
 
Looks good but if you are looking to lean out you should not be eating a shitload of anything.. Try smaller portions of the same food. You can still grow with less calories trust me.
 
I wasn't really looking to lean out until I ended my current cycle, but maybe I'll start to reduce my calories now and try to lose some weight while I still have some test in me.
 
Hey Ghost, I'm kinda new here but as I read through these posts or whatever you call them it seems to me that you probobly know your shit better than most here so I'd like to know what you would consider a good diet for a guy 44, starting a new cycle (it's been a few years, parenting will do that) I'm 5'9" about 200lbs and in decent shape. I was a serious power lifter/builder back in the day and I'm missing my old body. I am an assistant coach of my son's High School Football team and I'll be running the off season weight training program. I plan on training with my son,he's 15, and I want to get back to the way I used to look. I'm of course not going to let him know that I am going on a cycle but I do want to get him to diet in kind of the same way I will be. Things have really changed since my last cycle and in addition to trying to eat right I'd like to know what you think of Protien shake supp's, which is best, how much, etc... Tomorrow I will be putting in my gear order and I plan on doing Test-E 550/week and possibly stacking it with Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - . Can you tell me what you think and any advice? Thanks dlem
 
20%bf is a bit high bro, like holy said zig zag carbs and you will get leaner, you still should gain lean mass especially while your "on" your body will look better and even better for the lady's lol

Im staying lean every cycle from here on out.. NO MORE BULKERS! Lean bulkers is what Im looking for. Test/Tren/EQ/Anavar are going to be the mainstay of my cycles for the next year or so.
 
Good luck with that bro. I wanted to put this bulker in and then do some cutting. I have my work cut out for me. I have a couple bottles of red-line to mix in with a good carb cycle. I can build muscle very easily, but on the flip-side it's very hard for me to shred any fat. I'm just going to have to get down and dirty.
