Got 6.5lbs of chicken breasts on the grill, with slabs of zucchini and summer squash along side. Brown rice is on the stove boiling away, will saute with some red onions, green pepper, low-sodium soy sauce and egg whites when it's done.

I get lobster tails on Monday morning as they come off the boat.

Mix it with scallops and fresh haddock

Here's my menu for the upcoming week:

Mon. - Sausage
Tues. - Sausage
Wed. - Sausage
Th. - Sausage
Fr. - Sausage
Sat. - Sausage
Sun. - Sausage

In gladware containers, each lunch is 1 cup brown rice pilaf, 12oz chicken, 1 cup veggies and a green salad with Balsamic vinegar.

How much did 6.5 lbs cost you?

Wow that seems cheap! What do you put on them?

Quick seasoning? McCormick's Grill Mates. I change it up, this week it will be "Salt-Free Chicken", Sometimes it's lemon pepper or Montreal Chicken

I get 1 pound bags of fresh lobster claws and tails for $15....caught by 6 am...cooked by noon...sold same day..

That's tough to pass up here

We normally get jumbo shrimp sold by the road. When they are offering it at 6.99, I jump. or when oyster's drop below $22 for a bushel bag.

I don't remember grilling in mid-March anywhere an OIP is.

i quite working last "night" around 1am. . .i went home, put on a pair of shorts and a sweatshirt, popped open a bud light, fired up the grill and cooked a couple of ribeye's. . .that's right. . .i was standing in snow up to my shins (i was wearing my pac boots), in a pair of shorts and a sweatshirt, with a cold beer in my (glove-covered) hand, cooking steaks at 1:30am. . .yeah. . .my neighbors think i'm a bit odd :whatever:

LOL....what, no carbs?

Wal-mart around here has 3lb. bags for $5.50 each frozen skinless chicken breast

I also have been grillin all winter long.......throw it in the garage and smoke it up then just open the door and let all the smoke out, but when you come home it kind of smells like the grill for about 4-5 hrs after.

5 bags for the week with about 4 cups of uncooked brown rice

Probably up to 15% phosphate broth added, I bet.

How do you heat it up for lunch? Just in the microwave?

Yeah, I am always traveling at work too, so I have a little 12v refrigerator in my car. I'll stop at a convenience store, buy water and heat my food up

I carry 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks or orange wedges for my mid morning snack. The meal I already described i carry for lunch and three celery sticks and 1/4 cup of ANPB for my mid afternoon snack.

That's the only thing that turns me off to buying frozen chicken titties. If I'm not mistaken the frozen breast have over 600mgs. of sodium per serving and the fresh were close to 400mgs.
That's one thing I've noticed when I really started watching my diet. It's almost impossible to get away from salt in anything.

I wonder if you soak the frozen chicken bewbs in water, if you could leech out the sodium and the added phosphates.

Electric grill? Looks like a huge foreman grill

No, it's propane. Has a porcelain hood over the flames to even out the heat instead of lava rocks or ceramic bricks.

I do the same. I make my meals in advanced every Sunday and Thursday. The only think I dont like about it is that its not as good as when it just freshly cooked
