All right guys I'm gonna try this over the next 19 weeks. Critique away, cuss me out do whatever feels good!

Weeks 1-13 I'm gonna be bulking up. My diet will be 40-40-30 3600 total cals per day.

Weeks 14-19 I'm gonna go straight into a 6 week cutter and hopefully hold most of my bulk but be lean at the end.

Stats 5`10 250 16%bf 32yrs been training forever.

Cycle
1-19 Proviron 50mg/ed
Bulk
1-6 D-bol 50mg/ed
1-13 Deca 400mg/ew
1-13 Test-cyp 600mg/ew
Cut
14-19 Winny 50mg/ed
14-19 Tren-ace 75mg/ed
14-19 Test-prop 75mg/ed
Clen wks 10-19 (2on 2off)
T3 wks 13-18
AIFM throughout

PCT begins wk 20
1-3 HCG 500 iu/ed
1-6 Nolva 20mgs/ed
1-4 Clomid 300mgs/day 1; 100mgs/ed thru wk 2; 50mg/ed wks 3&4
1-4 AIFM
Vit E 1000iu/ed

Damn, thats a good thought. Thats why I get all my shit, plan everything and then post so I can alter some shit! Definitely something to think about!

realy at 250lbs youre going to want to eat more then that fore a bulk.if you cut first.bring down youre bf% and maby some wate you will be able to go into a bulk and realy see all the resalts.
shit I bulked 3 times with no cut.bad idie.you get huge ya but it just ant the same.being lean and huge is so much better.if youre allready high bf% now youre going to be even higher after a bulk.then it will just make it that much harder when it comes time to cut.just cut now then bulk.when youre bulk is over you will have less bf% to worry about takeing off on youre next cut.
it just makes it way more esser on youreself this way.
 
yeah thats an excellent point. do that, maintain for a few months, then go into a full cutter around the end of spring
 
BTW - needto, do me a favor and suggest a mix up of the gear I have there!

right.you will cut now.bulk in the winter get big then cut up again fore next summer in perfict time.screem "more pussy" with every rep to. :evil:
 
I think what you have laid out right there is perfict exept I would not run the dball any longer then 4 weeks.I dont like test cyp or prop i like test-e even though people say there the same I dont care I like test-e better.
looking at youre cut cycle youre going to be pokeing youreself an offel lot to.lol



how many cycles you got under youre belt.I think if you ant got many we can trim them cycles there up a bit.

What's with the DECA bro ?? thought you were going the eq route ?? I did slight mods to the list you sent me yesterday or day before but basically staying with what we spoke of. I have a TON of DECA and could easily go that route as well, I dont think we would have to be as patient as with the EQ we spoke of the other day.

What's your intentions for the Proviron, for AI's or strictly for libido health ?? just curious since using nandralone based gear.
