If so, I encourage you to go ahead and poke. Your little girl deserves someone better.

Although very harsh, this guy does make a good point. Stay clean until everything is over. It's a small sacrifice to be able to see your daughter. You will eat yourself alive if you use gear and get caught. Plus if you get another clean test you can have your lawyer get the judge to agree to drop the possibility of random testing. She can't keep asking for it based on a hunch. That becomes harrassment.
