New member here, I used to be a forum troll a while back but Havent been around for a while, this looks like an awesome forum so gunna give it a whirl
Basically just wanting some advice re next cycle
When I say next, I havent done any gear for 2.5 years and have been training naturally with relatively clean diet most weeks and train 3-5pw, havent really lost any size in that time, maybe a small bit of strength and fullness/hardness weight is around the same at 92-94kg
Previous cycles were Test e 10 weeks @ 400mg, Test p 6 weeks @150mg EOD, and Test/Deca 300/200mg Ew 10weeks
All these were done in the same year and since then I have stopped and had the 2. 5 year break.
I was looking to do a cycle soon , something simple and lowish dose and was wondering if anyone has done Test E @300mg pw only? I done a fair bit of searching/googling and Everyone always says run 500-600mg minimum, I just figured because ive had a long rest I would still be able to make gains with less sides on a lower dose? Does that make sense
I was thinking
Test E 150mg Mon/Thurs 1-10
PCT 13-16 nolva 40/20/20/20 with some trib and usual supps
What do u guys rekon?
Im not looking to gain huge huge weight and strength, maybe 10-12lbs after pct and maitain more of a fitness model physique.
Any advice appreciated
