oh they didnt put me to sleep when i had mine taken out......they just numbed and gassed me......and they had to cut 2 out......its nothing at all buddy

believe it or not, my mouth wasnt big enough for all my teeth

After I had my wisdom teeth pulled I could not eat anything but jello for a week. I lost about eight pounds of muscle...pissed me off....may want to make sure you have protein drinks on hand. To help keep you from losing too much muscle.

I was younger when I had mine removed but I remember that they gave me pain pills to take before I went to my appointment. I don't even remember getting into the chair. It was not too bad afterwards except for the fact that you have big holes in your mouth for awhile.

They rarely prescribe vics for a simple procedure like wisdom teeth. They'll usually tell you to take some advil and rest.

Make sure to ask for something if they don't give you anything. Don't ask specifically for vics, though

They gave me vicodins without my asking. Offered something stronger to if I needed it.

but i went yesterday. th dentist took care of the infection and im actually getting it done next week now.

they gotta take the bottom 2 out.

im bein a real pussy about this. i dont know why but i dont want to call the oral surgeon for an appointment.

I have not had them done, but took home 2 GF's who did. 1st one got out of the dentist high as a kite. Wanted to go and look at the ocean...then two minutes later was puking her lungs out by the side of the road. She got (and needed) perks...was a mess for a couple of days. Gauze pads full of blood every hour, ugh, nasty.

The second GF got out and was good to go. I think she has a witch doctor do the procedure. No pain meds, no bleeding, nothing...

I guess it all depends.
