Well my weakass is getting back up to where I used to be when I trained a couple years ago. Heres some numbers.

Squat is up to 235 5x5

Incline DB press is up to 85s for 3x8

Hammer curl is up to 60s

Yet to do real deads due to my gym being lame about dropping weights, still trying to talk em into letting me. But on the hammer strength DL machine I do 360 for 5x5. I know its not directly related to real DL, but its what i got to work with.
 
I can't believe you have to talk your gym into letting you deadlift!

Can you clean? Or even better, snatch? Here's what I'd do. Find yourself a new gym, practise your clean/snatch, then go back to your current gym one day and dump the bar from the clean/snatch :FRlol:
 
Its not that they dont let you deadlift, its that they dont want people dropping weights. I think if I talk to a manager theyll let me do it.
