Im a 20 year old male, Im very fit around 8% bf Im training for another marathon and lift 4 times a week. I run about 30-40 miles a week (added 15-20 miles a week to my regular routine for the marathon), my lifting is pretty rigorous I lift monday tuesday wensday friday. Monday wensday fridays are full body work out with compound lifts and supersets, tuesday is just abs. I eat very well mostly organic grown veggies and fruits, lots of chicken, and only complex starches when I eat starch. Organic PB and lots of nuts are in my diet as well. I drink lots of water no soda or caloric drinks, do drink black coffee. Ive recently lost 60lbs well over the last year and I used to get sick maybe once a year, In july I had pnemonia and then last august had a bug of some kind and now hear i am getting sick again, what gives?
