Gettin gyno surgery July 10

im just getting a lump removed from under my right one...both my nipples have looked like shit since i was a freshman in HS, and the doc told me this surgery wouldnt fix that and the problem will "go away by itself, and its common for weightlifters"
i doubt it
but anyway, he asked me if i took juice and i said no, although i did do one cycle this past winter, this was NOT the cause of the gyno...ive had the appearance since HS, and the lump, and the llump just recently got bigger and started to hurt like 2 months ago long after i came off (cycle ended dec 4th)
so to any one who has had the surgery, what should i expect? how long is this gonna keep me out of the gym for, and what is my nipple gonna look like when its done?

Look at the Rock in the WWE , he had it done about two years ago. You can hardly notice .

Make sure it is a qualified plastic surgeon performing the procedure!

And PLEASE make sure he does not remove the whole gland, only the excces tissue around the gland.

Some fucking moron doctors remove the whole thing leaving you with an inverted looking nipple.

on this gyno topic... im not sure if I have it or not.. my nipples are just kinda puffy and sensitive.. is there anything i can take to get the puffiness away? thanks guys.
