Get your escape pods ready.......

oh muh god, not you too smurfy, lol.

I've been hearing so much of the end of the world and all this conspiracy theory bullshit and it's driving me crazy.

I bet 10 bucks by may 2008 there will be no real ID act, and alot of other things that these theories keep saying is going to happen, which doesn't happen, which pretty much discredits most of the shit they spew.

watch penn and tellar bullshit.

my favorite is how they always talk about everything and everybody being tracked and all thier actions being monitored, that's fucking hilarious, it would be pretty fucking impossible to monitor everyone, you'd pretty much need everybody to monitor everybody, goodluck monitoring the data of 7 billion people, haha.

I'm with the previous two posts. But I did realize your sarcasm Smurfy, it was the inevitable posters in this thread who are going to use 911 truth crap as evidence to promote the theory of government involvement in the attack and any other conspiracy they can think of. I bet most of them think men in black put the skid marks in their underwear because they didn't want them using the same cleaner next week.

LOL @ Stupid people.

F*ck! please don't mix us with the Canadians.

Mexico is fine, but please no Canucks! AARRGGHH!

We know exactly where one cow with Mad-cow-disease is located among millions and millions of cows in America but we haven't got a clue as to where millions of illegal immigrants and terrorists are located. Maybe we should put the Department of Agriculture in charge of Immigration.

It just keeps them properly hydrated. You can just slip moist towlettes up under your aluminum foil hat and not pay the extra for the saran lining.

Sheesh... you n00bs always amaze me. Throwing away money like that...

I use aluminized mylar, it's the best of both worlds.

I can't wait to get the chip. Just think how much more easier shit would be. No more looking for your ID when you need beer or cigs, and who likes carrying money or credit cards. This is good news.

so does anyone think that this north american union thing is for real? I really don't know.......it wouldn't surprise me that they'd be wanting to do something like this to counter the EU and the eventual AU.........??

Of course it's for real. Only debatable issue is whether or not one thinks the union it's a good idea.

The USD is already sliding bigtime against the Euro. It's just economic good sense to form a union to compete. Like the European leaders before us, the govts involved now are going to ease us into it slowly to avoid large scale opposition. I'm already both a Mexican and an American citizen, so it personally is no big deal for me. I'm betting on a new unified currency in 10 years.

I agree with this post, that there will be one currency for north americans, but I think that will be about the extent of it. much like the euro, there isn't ONE goverment that runs europe, they are all still thier own countries. Canada will still exist, so will mexico and the USA, but it would be a good idea from an economic standpoint to have one currency. the USD isn't just sliding against the euro, it's sliding against everything even against the CND dollar.

Know what I like better than all these chips and such?

Cellphones.

Let's put fingerprint ID'ers on all cellphones so when you pick-up your phone, your thumb naturally falls on the sensor and unlocks the phone. Then, when you go to buy something, you wave your phone near the cashier, it texts you something like: $18.57 charge, ok? You text either "Y" or "N" or such... and it deducts from your bank account or charges your credit card.

Imagine what that does to CC fraud and identify theft. You'd have to have your phone and the right thumb print to make it work.

Then... even better... let's GPS-enable every phone and let users pick who (if anyone) can track them via GPS. Obviously law enforcement could do it with a warrant regardless, but think about how easy it would be then to control crime and/or identify criminals? Sure you could sell crack or rob a bank, but you'd be faced with either disconnecting yourself from your identity and $$$ or being trackable by law enforcement.
