I'm going to the gym NOW. I will be obliterating SHOULDERS. Don't even THINK about trying to slow me down with your 5-man supersetting, bench hogging, dumbell scrambling, upside-down visor wearing, tank top to show off your well-tanned 13 inch arms BULLSHIT! I will fucking DESTROY you.

Maybe some of you will see me there. I will be the one blasting out rep after rep after rep as all my tears and sweat fall with each additional rep after god awful earth-shaking gut wrenching rep.

I will not stop. I will not BE stopped. Only God himself will tell me when my task is complete - for today. Tomorrow I get serious.

well you just got a massive three thousand reps on the keyboard keys. lol but that was still some funnt shit caus ei think you just described tabout 20% of my gym and for the record i would like to state i start the upside doown visor thing lol and my arms are 21 when they are pumped its easier to take on and off like that lmao
 
Shoulders? Damn, I did thighs, calves and back today. Get with the program bro. Ok, granted I only did stiff legged deads and a couple of hammer strength machines for back...
 
Mine are at least 13 inches after I do a couple sets to pump up and pop 3 cc's of sythol in each bicep.

I just got back from training balls to the wall....after getting home i was so pumped i thought at one time i might have to get some scissors and cut this tank off!!!!;)

SM, legs just once a week? Menzer would be so proud. I get better results blasting my quads 2 or 3 times a week.

Yeah, I just changed my split. I like to completely change my training style every once in a while. Currently, Monday through friday, different workouts, take the weekend off. It's working well. 5 days allows me to focus harder on less muscle per workout.

I like to change things up when the gains slow down also. Often my best gains are realized in the first couple months of a next style of training, so this works for me as well.
 
To you SM, I think I found the person I want for a personal trainer. Not somebody with even LESS LBM than I! Thanks!

um... hold up, i wear a visor...when i do anything, it keeps the sweat off my eyes.. now i honestly say i work just as hard you, the puking feeling is there everytime i leave the gym, im an animal, but dont diss the visors bro.. craig titus wears them also..:D
