Get back in shap with weight lifting exercises

If you are overweight or too old to do weight lifting exercises. Here are the few exercises which can be merged in your daily routine and can be done while you are at home:
• Body weight exercises: these exercises need no equipments or heavy weight lifting. For example crunches, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, calisthenics etc.
• Plan a daily schedule: Whether you like to work out in the morning or in the evening, doesn’t matters, you just need to stick to it.
• Exercises need not to be boring, so if you want to play your favorite music and/or invite a friend or family members to accompany you then do it.
• Only body exercises are enough to give you a perfect shape, one should also take care of what diet they are taking.
