Unfortunately we can't pick our parents. If I train like Arnold Schwarzenegger it won't make me look like him. Training and eating like Gerri Halliwell, who probably just has liposuction and eats horribly anyway, won't make you look like her. Find a reasonable diet and training approach. Be consistent. And you'll look as good as YOU are capable of looking.

She jogs 4-5 miles 6 times a week, does yoga on a daily basis plus circuit & weight training 3 times a week. As for her diet its a high protein diet.

Meal 4- salad

Anyway, to get like Geri, you don't even really need to train. She has no muscle anyway, so just diet. A lot. Notice I'm not recommending this, I'm just saying that she's not a buff babe with curves, and doesn't have a body that's remarkable in any way except for being able to fit into really small clothes.
