Genetic Limit

Hey I was wondering when did you guys determine that you were at your genetic limit, height weight, BF% (before AS)?. Currently i am 5'9 198 15%BF all natural i think that i am at my limit. Training 5 yrs eating 200 grams protein while food plenty of cals/rest, all sorts of training regims and barely any gains last year...if any. I was up to 210 but BF was getting out of hand. Just now thinking of AS, probably a cutting cycle first. I would just like to see what others interpreted as a natural genetic limit.:o
 
I think all those bozos who think you should wait until you reach your genetic limit to juice are crazy. And they are usually the ones recommending a gram of test. What the hell is that? If they are so focused on having little gains, why don't they recommend 10mg of dbol, or winny, or ox for 6 weeks as a first cycle. Then for a second, go up to 15mg/day.

After about 5 years of this, you could move up to 250mg/test and 20mg/dbol.

Whatever.

I shoulda done what I am doing a long time before I did. If you wanna do it, and you are 18+, I say go for it.

And cutting and bulking really should be referring to your diet while on gear, not the gear itself.
 
I already have a cycle in mind, it will not be a tiny one, it will consist fo Dbol 30mg ed 1-5 weeks/ Sust 500mg EW 1-10 weeks Eq 400mg EW 1-12.(Nolva/Clomid on hand) I feel this should be decent for the gains i am looking for about 20 pounds lbm post cycle.
 
If you change your routine, eat more protein (increased caloric intake), and sleep enough, you will gain weight. You said your bodyfat increases when you get over 210, but I think that may have to do with what/when you are consuming. Eat clean, eat alot, and train hard--you will gain weight.

Don't give me this I can't gain weight because of my genetic limit crap.
