gear under hot temperature

my gear was my letter box during all the day with a burning sun. Could hot temperature damage the gear? Thanks.

It should be fine if it wasn't there for too long. Gear needs to be stored out of direct sunlight and at room temperature.

I warmed my shit up with water, but never to the point of boiling or any thing like that. Still worked fine for me.
