GEAR question and creatine levels

I figured I would just put both of these question into one thread to save space.

Currently supplement rotation:
Pre workout: Animal M-stak, 2 scoops of N2KTS, 5 GEAR capsules
Post workout: 5 additional GEAR capsules, GNC wheybolic protein blend

Now first off, I feel dirty using a GNC brand synthetic protein mix, but thats what I've got for now. That said, I am looking to replace it with Big Blast since I've heard great things about it. BUT both Big blast and N2KTS have fair amounts of Creatine Monohydrate in them, and I'm looking to keep a relatively good balance of mono in my body; not too high, not too low.

So far the N2KTS seems to be doing the job, but I cant seem to find the exact dosage in grams that a normal dose of N2KTS and a normal dosage of Big Blast would have.

So, question is: Would the levels of monohydrate in N2KTS and Big Blast combined be too much? I understand some guys are creatine freaks but I'm just trying to stay healthy. Pretty simple question, should be an easy answer.

Second question is about my GEAR intake. Usually on lifting days I take 10-15 capsules depending on whether I decide to take them between meals or not. I havent been taking any on off days so far and I was wondering whether that would be beneficial.

By beneficial I mean does the benefit of doubling my weekly intake of GEAR by adding it on off days outweigh the price of buying a new bottle twice as often?

Up until now it has just seemed like taking it on workout days but not on rest days was a good way to balance price with gains, but, if the other way turns out to be better, far be it from me to deprive my frame of some extra meat!

Appreciate the input:jenscat:jenscat:jenscat

On the gear try taking 3 caps 4 times a day every day. Little less per day but you will be using it every day. And spread the dosing out too. This is much better and gives a constant flow.

As for the amount of creatin in N2KTS I will not give you an exact but its around 1500mg. Nelson should be able to tell you what is in big blast.

It sounds like you're on track. There's no problem with using BIG BLAST with N2KTs, especially if weight gain is the objective. Both are much better than the GNC stuff.

Naturally, using more GEAR is better but there's a point where the it's overkill.7 is better than Animal Pak, and soon they will be ON GUARD which we believe will be THE supplement to use on cycle.

Other than that, looks good bro. Train hard. Let us know how it works out.

Alright cool, thanks to both of you.

What did you say was better than animal pak? Im not using the original I'm using their m-stak, which combined with other supps has been doing welll enough at throwing on weight. But im definitely open to suggestions.

And yea I'm embarrassed to say I even bought that tub of shit from GNC..............its been sitting on my counter for 2 years because I hate it so much.

Awesome, I'll go ahead and order some big blast then.........wheres the best place to get it? I'm assuming the place in your sig is what youd reccommend?

As far as gains so far: strength has gone up pretty big time. body weight however is stuck around 200, however, the fat to muscle conversion I am very pleased with. I'm not too concerned with throwing on weight especially since its hard for me to do anyway. I like to be light in the ring with i throw discus and I like to cut to 175 for jiu jitsu. (and hey, if I end up throwing on weight, it just means less cutting for me! haha)

Thanks again

DX7 DX7 by Protein Factory - Discount Price of $17.79 - Paramount Supplements is better than Animal PAk at the same price and a lot less(and smaller) caps. Not tablets.

Now that is a must. And, that just happens to be so much cheaper that it could allow me to add that shit that andrew was talking about!

Good stuff fellas, thanks

DX7 is a multivitamin though, Animal M-Stak is for nutrient partitioning.....i say you should go with both of them.
