Gear and Vitamins

I use a generic brand mens multivitamin, what kind of vitamins do you guys use. Do you use anything extra while on a cycle. For example i see some people use B-12, make some suggestions of the best vites to take on or off cycle.
 
The less pills the better. Just eat salad. This supplement industry is full of garbage in my opinion, the less the better when it comes to supplementation. Eat real food including your vitamin intake, should all be real food.

what about vites for your joints or depleted pottasium stores, like I said i take a simple multi, but some people take much more. Sometimes food doesn't provide enough of the stuff you need when you're pushing your body to the limit

I take a good amount of supplements on and off gear. Daily, I use 2000 mg vit c, 3 grams of Essential Fatty Acids, 6 grams of glucosomine, chondroiten, and msm combo, 50 mg zinc, 100 mg vit b6 (higher amounts of b6 when on any nandrolone such as deca or tren), 3 servings of aminos (b4 and after workouts, and b4 bed), protein supplementation with muslce milk (while bulking), caffeine 400 - 600 mg (when cutting), ephedrine 50 - 75 mg (cutting), Boswellia extract (for joint inflamation), glutamine 10grams, and creatine 5 grams. I don't take a multi, but i probably should.
 
I sometimes just take 1 multi vitamin and thats it, glutamine, creatine and all that mumbo jumbo is bs, same with caffeine, ephedrine aspirin crap and all those herb crap extract, i definately do not take any glucosamine and zinc or any of that crap. waste of time and money.
 
I'm on my way to Squat so here's a quick list.

Saw Palmetto (prostate health - I double dose on cycle)
Flax Seed Oil
Milk Thistle (liver health - I double dose when I'm cycling orals)
Baby asperin (heart health)
Cholest Off (heart health)
Citrimax (after training, before carb loading only)
Potassium and Magnesium (only if I have muscle cramps)
Xanatrim (pretraining fat burner/stimilant)
Several cups of Decaf Green Tea daily (general health)
Metamucil (digestive health)
Cran/Grape juice (post training carb loading, also provides heart anti-cancer and bladder health)
Plus whey protien all day long, Met-Rx at night, and a protien bar at work.
Obviously I suffer from hypochondria - LOL.
 
Power and Ironclaw those are some in depth list. ZK7 you think all of that stuff is BS. Me myself, I'm trying to determine if I should take anything more fthan a multi for my overall health so I appreciate the input.
