I take a good amount of supplements on and off gear. Daily, I use 2000 mg vit c, 3 grams of Essential Fatty Acids, 6 grams of glucosomine, chondroiten, and msm combo, 50 mg zinc, 100 mg vit b6 (higher amounts of b6 when on any nandrolone such as deca or tren), 3 servings of aminos (b4 and after workouts, and b4 bed), protein supplementation with muslce milk (while bulking), caffeine 400 - 600 mg (when cutting), ephedrine 50 - 75 mg (cutting), Boswellia extract (for joint inflamation), glutamine 10grams, and creatine 5 grams. I don't take a multi, but i probably should.
