5 shakes.. damn thats alot of protein there. I need to bump up my shakes to 4/day instead of 3... Figure when i start to bulk when it gets cooler, i'll bump it up to 4/day.....
I combine R-ALA with NAC and ALC (no joke-sinergistic) and a carb meal.
At this time of year the heat from that sort of stoking creates so much sweat that people are looking at me like, are you sick or something.
