If special rights are to be attributed because someone chooses to have homosexual sex, why shouldn't rights be attributed because he decides to have man-boy sex? Wouldn't denying these rights be discrimination based on sexual orientation?

Uhhh - no. For the same reason why these "man-boy" rights aren't correct for straight people (ie "man-girl" rights) - we're talking about kids versus consenting adults.

By associating your belief toward gay people having AIDS, you're just trying to have a reason for calling gays "unhealthy" when anyone can get it. So technically, by using this belief, you're just keeping this false belief alive and well in your mind. You're telling yourself, it's ok to believe this.

If you are black, then you're an even sadder case. You've lost your history - you've lost the centuries of having to live with beliefs that aren't true placed upon your head or you're in denial of the fact that false beliefs can stay attached to people for years and even centuries. Your statements effectively show this.

This is taken from the Washington Blade, the gay rag in DC. It is an article about Mr. Paulk, who used to be the chair of the biggest ex-gay ministry in the country. Why did Mr. Paulk resign from Focus on the Family as well?
