With all the debate on this thread no one is bringing up the point that the creator you know God said no no to homosexual marriage. He said marriage was between a man and a woman. And you may not agree with God on this or even believe in him for that matter he can still crush you like a bug and lay your soul to waste to boot so who cares what you think?

While I was raised Catholic and technically still am Catholic, I refuse to believe in a God that will "crush us like a bug and lay our soul to waste." And how does anyone profess to "know" what God said or says?? Cuz it's in the Bible?? That was a book written by mortal man and how do we know any of it is what God truly said or still says?? We won't truly know what God thinks or says, etc until we die & see for ourselves......Our gift of self-awareness has led us to be arrogant and intolerant of others....

My God loves all people, regardless of color, sexuality or marriage.....I was brought up to believe that you will go to hell for assuming you know what God says.....and also, how do we know that intolerance for others won't get you sent down to "you know where" when judgement day comes??

Oh and it is very common for cows (female) to "hump" each other.....dairy farmers will put dye packs near the flanks of cows and when in heat they hump each other, breaking the dye pack. That's how the farmer knows that it's time to inseminate the cow, as a cow will not produce milk unless pregnant.....

And in this day and age, the "sanctity" of marriage is ancient and no longer applicable.....just as keeping women barefoot & pregnant is no longer necessary and we no longer need endless reproduction...the planet cannot support the life it has.....
