He's 45yrs old and never touched a steroid in his life. Eats clean ALWAYS! Has red meat on New Years Eve and thats it! Legitimate 18" arms!
 
Sadly there are going to be people on this very board that will say no way he's that big without steroids.

He trains like an animal! He takes the breading out of rolls for christ sakes when he makes a turkey sandwich! Only mustard , no mayo ever. Never drinks water! Diet pepsi and those calorie free, energy ephedra drinks only and black coffee. No sugars ever! Hes crazy!

Oh I forgot to add that he does have a very natural look. I have seen a few guys that hold his kind of physique and I know they were natural. It is hard to explain but he just has a clean look to him.
 
Because once you juice there is no going back. Hes proud of the fact he never has. He uses the same analogy with viagra. He feels if he ever used it , he would always have to use it. Strangely he is totally health conscience and ripped yet he like his women to be fat asses! He told me how he was making scrambled eggs with just the whites and adding in some garlic and the crap that settle at the bottom of the bagel bin at some bagel shop in NY. Anyway , he tells me he is then going to mix up the yokes with some heavy cream for his girlfriend. Fuck, he once had a girl in tears, because he told her to finish her plate or he wouldnt fuck her! Sadly, she finished her plate! Totally fucked up individual.LOL.......................galaxy

overall he looks great, no flame but one of his sets of abs looks a bit odd ;p but for real. good work on his behalf, that thing with forcing girls to eat is kinda wierd lol... but I guess it's better than the guys who force girls to starve themselves.. a little ;p

If this is true It makes me wonder what he would look like with a solid diet and maybe some riods with it. I bet he would be crazy looking.

Yes he does! He has been in the game for a long time. Which is the key. The problem with some of the juicers on this board is that they wont be in the game for very long! Some just look for a quick fix and it doesnt happen and they give up. Then they just continue to spew the bullshit to newbies. Of course the veterans pay for peoples lazyness, because we have to keep listening to the regurgatated bullshit!

it's because he doesn't have any hands that he has able to become really jacked. all that power bypasses the hands and goes straight to the muscles.
